DRIVER SOFTWARE (AMICS)

Customizable software to control the ASA: XYZ micropositioning, experimental setup, test execution, and storage of results (TDMS binary file). Full control of predefined load, displacement and strain rate profiles. The user can select relevant test parameters for indentation, compression, tension, or other experiments.

Optional remote control (via ethernet bus) for full integration of the ASA into other instruments (eg synchrotron, nuclear hot cell, etc.)

DATA ANALYSIS SOFTWARE (AMMDA)

The Alemnis Materials Mechanical Data Analyzer (AMMDA) allows the user to perform data corrections and data analysis on data sets acquired from AMICS software.

Indentation, micropillar compression, or other test data sets can be analyzed to extract relevant parameters such as hardness, elastic modulus, stress/strain, indentation energies, elastic and plastic work, yield strength, load modulus, yield, etc The user can select the type of indenter. (flat punch, Berkovich, cubic corner, etc.) for the corresponding data analysis.
