The SJ5760-PR series allows for surface roughness and profile measurement in a single scan. It also features a dedicated software module for measuring and analyzing large aspherical surfaces, making it an ideal measurement solution for the optical lens industry.


It can also be used to measure profiles and roughness on large curved surfaces, such as bearings, artificial joints, precision molds, gears, blades, etc. Consequently, it is widely used in precision machining, automotive, bearing, machine tool, mold, precision hardware, and other industries.

Surface contour evaluation: It can evaluate the radius, angle, distance, coordinates, circle, circular cross-section, and determine points, each intersection point, coordinate axis, straight line, vertical line, circle, and circular cross-section, and analyze the straightness and roundness of the contour; More functions: (1) Establish a regression line and a circle (2) Establish points, intersection points, free points, center point, highest point, and lowest point

5. Intelligent Protection System Once the measuring probe collides with the test object/part holder, or the pulling force of the measuring probe is too great during the scanning process, the machine will stop scanning to protect the measuring probe and the measuring system.

6. Flexible manual control. The machine is equipped with a joystick that allows the probe to be positioned before measurement. The operator can quickly control the movement of the measuring probe up, down, left, and right without needing a computer.
