General features

3D topography

With the InSight 3D module it is possible to visualize the topography of the specimen under observation. Height measurements and profiles.


Super depth of field

“Super depth of field”, by capturing images at different levels of focus and intelligently extracting a fully focused image from the captured images.


Roughness measurement

The DPX M6000 offers non-contact roughness measurement according to the guidelines of ISO 25178-2:2012.


Extended field of view/auto stitching

By including a motorized XY stage with the DPX M6000 digital microscope, the field of view can be significantly expanded.


Reclining stand

The newly developed DPX M6000 tilt stand allows the user to inspect the sample from various angles to reveal all the details.


Flexible, high-resolution zoom lens.

The DPX M6000's 6X manual telecentric lens provides super accurate measurements and super sharp images. In addition, this lens allows the user to use a low magnification lens and an infinity corrected objective for high magnification.
